2. What was your original vision?

My original vision was to make a painting version of the holidays and have it on a canvas however I didn’t have the materials therefore I decided to draw it instead.

3. How did your project differ from the original vision?

It’s different because instead of painting it, I drew my vision and put it on a piece of paper.

4. Do you think your project is a success? Why or why not?

Yes I do, even though it’s not how I originally wanted it on a canvas. It’s still nice to have it drawn and seeing the last three months of the year spread out and seen what we celebrate.

5. Do you think your project got weaker due to compromises you had to make to complete it? Or stronger due to improvements as you executed the work and found new ideas? Or both? Please describe!

I believe it was both stronger and weaker. It’s stronger because you get to see the details of the drawings I did and see what it is specifically in each month and add some ideas. It’s weaker as there could of been more than what I just had. I made a compromise that if it can’t be a painting, might as well be a drawing.

6. What ideas, concepts, or artistic abilities were you trying to explore in this project? Did you achieve your goals? Do you think your piece communicates what you wanted it to?

I was trying to show that it still can be fun to draw your ideas and that it doesn’t always have to be hard. I did achieve my goals in this project. Yes, in a way cause all I wanted to show were that the last 3 months would be filled with fun activities.

7. What would you do differently if you did this project again?

I would plan ahead and get the materials I needed so I can complete what I had in mind.
